To get the most from your The Gamblers Marketplace advertising make your message clear, the following guidelines will help you create effective ads
that will drive targeted visitors to your web site. Make sure you adhere to the following guidelines.
Suitable Sites
In order to advertise on The Gamblers Marketplace your web site should
offer a product or service related to Horse Racing, Sports Betting or
any form of Online Gaming.
Inappropriate products or services
We reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion and refuse advertising for any site if we feel the product or service is
inappropriate.
Accurate Ad Text
Your ad title and description must directly relate to the content of the site it links to.
Keep Things Concise
Keep your ads accurate and clear. Make sure they emphasise the unique benefits of your product or service. Ad titles are
restricted to 25 characters, descriptions 85 and URL's 80 characters.
Avoid Superlatives
Do not use words like 'Best', 'Cheapest' or 'Number 1', as these words are subjective and hard to prove.
No profit claims of any sort are permitted.
NOT ALL IN CAPITALS
Only use capital letters at the start of a word. Using capitals for the whole word is considered on the Internet as shouting.
It makes words hard to read and may mess up the formatting of the Ad box.
No URL in description
Do not try and bypass the ad link by including the site url within the description (or use any other method to advertise that doesn't require visitors click on the link).
No HTML in title or description
Do not add HTML code in the advert as it can mess up the formatting of the Ad box.
No Inappropriate Language
Your ad cannot contain offensive or inappropriate language.
Destination URL Must Be Valid
Your destination URL must link to a valid site. Include http:// and check you've spelt it correctly. Your site must be working and not under construction. If you need to take your site down for maintenance, you must suspend your ad listing first.
No Pop-ups
We do not permit links to pages that generate popup ads when visitors enter or leave the landing page.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any point in future.
Abuse Of Service
Any advertiser found in serious abuse of the Terms and Conditions will have their account suspended with immediate effect.
